Sugar has harmful effects on metabolism and so it has can been considered that sugar can contribute to some type of cancer.

HOW TO CONTROL SUGAR CONSUMPTION.

Gradually reduce the amount of sugar you add to your drinks. Reduce it bit by bit until you have attain a very minimum value or better still replace the sugar you add into your drinks with strawberries, banana and the likes.

Let those soft drinks you take  often be for the weekends. Minimize the amount of soft drink you take on a weekly basis.

Choose unsweetened varieties of almond milk, canned fruit, nut butter and the likes when buying them this will save you a lot of calories.

Eat more fresh fruits instead of candies and avoid dried fruits because producers add sweetener to most of them in the process.
